There are a variety of licenses and permits required of businesses, guests and residents on the Island.  The following licenses and permits are available at Town Hall, 1610 Middle Street through either the Building Department or Administration.

2012 Business Licenses - Renew Today!

Pursuant to Sullivan's Island Town Code of Ordinances (Section 11-17-80/ 12-15-92)

Every person engaged, or intending to engage, in business within the Town of Sullivan's Island is required to obtain an annual Sullivan's Island Business License.  Renew licenses at Town Hall, 2050-B Middle Street.  Office hours are Mon-Fri from 8:00AM-5:00PM.

January 31, 2012 is deadline to renew business license without penalty.
