AGENDAS & MINUTES Tuesday, August 21, 2008 NOTE: There were no minutes recorded for the August 21, 2008 gathering of the newly appointed Beach Erosion Committee Members. Mayor Smith and Administrator Benke met with the 9 appointees to greet and thank them for volunteering their service. The appointees were given some general information about the newly formed ad-hoc committee, including the Scope of Work as approved by Council and a sample set of By-Laws for their consideration. The members agreed to hold their first meeting as a Committee on Tuesday, September 23, 2008.
